EMILIE SARAH WILLIAMS

Hey y’all, I’m Emilie aaaand I’m pretty into gifs.

Okay, I’m definitely into them.

I choose a different one (nearly) everyday for my Gchat status, I respond to emails and IMs with them, I post them to Facebook…

They just make me laugh. Sometimes they just express how you feel better than you can. I like how nicely they capture a moment or an interaction. They help evoke feelings or a memory… As corny as that may be.

In 1987, we move to Zaire where my dad’s job will have us live for the next three years.

This contributes to my interest in traveling and learning about other cultures … and, years later, cool throwback pictures on Facebook.

After graduating, I work for the UVA Football Office.

I have a better time than the team does…

January 2010 marks when I land my first full-time, salaried position.

I start my career as a Marketing Associate with SNL Financial.

My type-A personality gets put to good use as I’m allowed to organize as much, and makes as many spreadsheets, as I want.
